Claude Littner

Claude Littner is a British business executive and television personality. He is best known for his appearances on the BBC television programme The Apprentice, where he served as an aide to Lord Alan Sugar for many seasons.

Before becoming a well-known television figure, Littner had a successful career in business. He served as the Chief Executive of Viglen, a computer company owned by Sugar. His direct and often confrontational style made him a formidable figure in the boardroom.

On The Apprentice, Littner was initially known for his rigorous interview style during the interview stage of the competition. He was known for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to expose weaknesses in the candidates' business plans and personalities.

In 2015, he replaced Nick Hewer as one of Lord Sugar's main advisors, accompanying the candidates on their tasks and reporting back to Lord Sugar on their performance. In this role, he became a familiar face, offering sharp observations and critical assessments.

Littner sustained serious injuries in a cycling accident in 2021, which led to him temporarily stepping back from his role on The Apprentice.
